Gobi- Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is an Indian Chinese dish enjoying everybody as a snack in the evenings or a startup in a party. Preparation of Gobi Manchurian is not a head aching task, you can easily prepare in your kitchen with some familiar items. Here we explain how to prepare Gobi Manchurian with easy step.

Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian:
  1. Cauliflower (Gobi) – 1/2 kg
  2. Rice Flour or All purpose flour (Maida) – 5 tbsp
  3. Cone Flour – 4 tbsp
  4. Pepper Powder – 1/2Teaspoon
  5. Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  7. Salt – the required amount
  8. Onion – the required amount
  9. Capsicum -1/2 of small on finely chopped
  10. Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp
  11. Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
  12. Red chilli sauce – 2 teaspoon
Gobi Manchurian recipe:


Boil cauliflower florets in salted water over medium flame for 3-4 minutes in a vessel. Then, drain and pat dry florets on tissue paper.


Then mix rice flour, cornflour, chilli powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste with a little water in a bowl and keep aside


Pour the oil into the pan and add the boiled cauliflower and deep fry over medium flame.


Pour a little bit of oil in the same pan with onions, wedges, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and red chilli. Place the sauce on a moderate fire and stir continuously until the gravy.


Then add the cauliflower which is already fried and stirred with salt.

The tasty Gobi Manchurian ready for serve.
