Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian:
- Cauliflower (Gobi) – 1/2 kg
- Rice Flour or All purpose flour (Maida) – 5 tbsp
- Cone Flour – 4 tbsp
- Pepper Powder – 1/2Teaspoon
- Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Salt – the required amount
- Onion – the required amount
- Capsicum -1/2 of small on finely chopped
- Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli sauce – 2 teaspoon
Gobi Manchurian recipe:
Boil cauliflower florets in salted water over medium flame for 3-4 minutes in a vessel. Then, drain and pat dry florets on tissue paper.
Then mix rice flour, cornflour, chilli powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste with a little water in a bowl and keep aside
Pour the oil into the pan and add the boiled cauliflower and deep fry over medium flame.
Pour a little bit of oil in the same pan with onions, wedges, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and red chilli. Place the sauce on a moderate fire and stir continuously until the gravy.
Then add the cauliflower which is already fried and stirred with salt.
The tasty Gobi Manchurian ready for serve.
